Pregnancy Discrimination in the Workplace

Arizona protects female employees by enforcing the federal Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) of 1978. This federal statute prohibits employers from discriminating against any of their female employees based on pregnancy and/or childbirth.
If your employer discriminates based on pregnancy or childbirth you can file a pregnancy discrimination claim against them. Plenty of women have filed such claims, which have led to noteworthy victories in court.
If you believe you have been discriminated against based on pregnancy, talk to an Arizona employment lawyer immediately. Call Tyler Allen Law Firm to defend your rights.
