Event Description

ParqEx provides all people in urban environments with a new, easier way to park. The parking technology company uses the sharing economy to help the urban parking problem. It’s like an AirBnB for parking: parking spot owners now have the opportunity to list their underutilized parking spaces on the parking application to earn extra cash, while people looking to rent a parking space now have the opportunity to do so a lot more easily.

ParqEx recently won the award for Chicago’s Best Tech Startup at Tech in Motion’s 2016 Awards and has experienced much growth since it’s launch on the app store and Google Play about a year ago. The concept not only solves the parking problem in many hard-to-park areas, but also helps individuals and businesses pay for expenses by giving them the opportunity to make some supplemental income by putting their underutilized assets to use. Discount parking Chicago is something that was hard to come by in the past; not anymore.

Chicago airport parking also just got a lot easier. ParqEx has developed the revolutionary Access+ technology. With Access+, residents and approved visitors can open garage doors and gates directly from their smart phones. This allows individuals and property owners to list their parking spots on The ParqEx platform even if they are in garages or behind gates. With Access+, property and condo boards can simplify management and improve control of their garages.

ParqEx is growing at a rapid pace and plans to expand to other markets including Milwaukee, Madison, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia in the near future.
