I've been playing Minecraft Classic since 2012, this game is one of the best games I have ever played to this day. The simplicity of it makes it fun. You can play Freebuild, Lava Survival, Zombie Survival, CTF, Lazer Tag, and so many other fun gamemodes that really keep the game interesting. The community is also super friendly too so it's a definite must play.

Only thing I gotta say is that if you don't have the money, you can still play it for free on<\/a> both online or with the launcher. I have been with ClassiCube since the summer of 2015, so my total amount of hours I spent on this game is not accurate at all. I'm aware that ClassiCube is free on their website as it is open source, but I bought this so I could help the developers.

The people that worked on ClassiCube have spent their time making this game work and look good. What I like about ClassiCube is that it is simple, can run on less powerful computers and so much more. Since the game is open source, you can do anything you want to do with it. Next, ClassiCube also supports the CPE protocol (an extension of the original Minecraft Classic) that allows you to have infinitely many custom blocks, models, bigger maps, and more.

TL;DR Scroll up and get it.
(Sorry for the bad grammar, I'm not good with English and only quickly typed up this review.). ClassiCube does a great attempt at giving one of the classic version from Minecraft a spotlight. You'll get all sorts of extra options and capabilities you simply won't find in the older Minecraft versions (such as adding blocks) and it gets better once you join or create a server.

I'd say, if you like ClassiCube, support the developers by buying the Steam version.. Venk is hot.. If you have ever played Minecraft Classic and wanted to go back and play it you now can play ClassiCube which is recreation of the classic version of Minecraft, but with addiontal features like custom blocks, texture pack support per server (or per server map), etc... It is still fun to play or explore other people's creations on the multiplayer server even when there is no huge playerbase. I ocassionaly have played on ClassiCube when it wasn't on Steam just to hung out and it's definitely worth the money over here.. Absolutely Perfect. Everything from minecraft classic and more!. Just play the Zombie Survival server~. Many years ago a friend told me about a free Minecraft version, also called "Minecraft Classics" at that time. Anyone who had created an account could play it for free. Minecraft Classics lived off an extremely large community and server, packed with add-ons and many features. Game worlds and buildings that had months or years of work in them and became bigger and bigger. I myself had invested a lot of time in Minecraft Classics. I was always looking for new servers and found a community where I felt comfortable. I met people with whom I still have some contact today and who also visited me. All thanks to an older, free version of Minecraft.
About 7 years later I came across this game. I was just looking at Google for a result on what happened to Minecraft Classics. In a video someone introduced ClassiCube and showed what it's all about. Already the first seconds of gameplay clearly showed the structure of Minecraft Classics. But I wasn't really enthusiastic, for whatever reason. I finished my search for now. But a few days ago I found the game on Steam again. I was curious and finally downloaded it.
So I created my account and searched directly for a server. And at the very moment when I took my first steps, the feeling of Minecraft Classics came back. Almost exactly 1:1 like then. I wrote to a friend from the community I was telling you about so he could have a look at the game. He was also impressed. All those memories came back and it was a nice experience.

It all sounds pretty exaggerated now, but I think veterans of the old days can understand how I felt. I want to thank the developers. For having managed to reawaken the same experience in me. I think I'm going to spend a long time in this game now.. Classicube brings back an awesome nostalgia value giving us the minecraft classic with alot of enhancements,
definitely a must have if you miss good ol' minecraft classic
