Do you ever Plastic Container wonder what to do with all those plastic plates after all your guests have gone home and you have cleaned up, and there is a big pile of them sitting on the counter?
Well, don't throw them away. You have a treasure trove of craft supplies just waiting to be transformed into some little thing that a child, or animal, will love.
Believe it or not, disposable plastic plates can be lots of fun to play with. There is the ever-popular Frisbee type of toy. They do work, by the way.
Take some outside and just give them a whirl. If you forgot to bring your Frisbee to the picnic, just use plates instead. Have a few in your trunk to use anytime.
They work great for dogs, too. Especially for dogs. Dogs love to play catch with any old object, and you can use these in place of your Frisbee. It will be a good exercise for them.
They make a super bird feeder. Bore three holes around the outer circle of the plate.
Thread some string into each one of the holes, and then attach them together at the top.
Be sure to make the string at least 12"-14" long. Then add some bird seed to the plate. You can make a bird feeder that is a little more complex if you have Plastic Lids more than one size of plate.
